Lilian Yoo Fashion & Tailor

She is a very nice and friendly lady, but her business seem to be catered to Koreans because her English is poor. So, it was difficult to communicate to her regarding what I wanted to be done. She is also VERY overpriced; charged me $250 to alter a gown from a size 6 to a 4, claiming the reason it's so much is because that she had to do alot of work on it(honestly, how do I know how long it REALLY took her to do it?).She also charged $40 to insert push up pads into the gown where it's normally $10 everywhere else. She did not tell me the prices until I got there to pick up my clothing because she insisted that she wasn't sure how much it will cost. If it cost me $290 I'd much rather go elsewhere.The worst part of all is that the her tailoring skills aren't good as she said it was, My gown was not fitted properly AT ALL. She stated that she had 35 years of experience in the fashion industry, but my experience at her store tells me otherwise.
