Fast service and great prices. Not sure who the other reviewers encountered, everyone working there was very nice and attentive.

They are very rude...they are very price'e....so horrrible the to the customers...i hate this place when r the going to close down asap they r taking up space

Reasonably priced and with really kind people! My mani was perfect and the back massage was also great!

They do a good job with your nails, however they are super rude.. I just walked into the nail salon and nobody even lifted their heads to greet me or ask me what kind of service I needed. A woman who is fairly new to the salon and was in the back giving a massage finally greeted me after I started getting frustrated. (I guess she greeted me because she's new and still cares about her job) I walked past 3 woman giving manis and pedis who in my experience would usually be the greeters, a person giving a massage should not be greeting, especially from the back corner of the salon, if she's trying to create a quiet experience for her guest. Customer service says a lot about a business and dictates whether or not you want to spend your money somewhere. I'm currently waiting for my mani/ pedi only because I'm desperate, it's around the corner from my house and I'm 9 months pregnant but I will not be leaving any tip. :(

Lilac has only been in business for about a year, so the chairs and equipments are still pretty new. Salon is not big, but is well kept and clean. The staff are so sweet and definitely take their time to do their jobs well, even if there were other waiting customers. The salon also has great selection of colors.

The mani/pedi special is $29 and regular mani is $10. They also offer other mani/pedi/massage packages at reasonable prices.

I'd definitely recommend this salon in this neighborhood.
