Lil Burgers

It's sort of like White Castle. It's pretty okay, but I actually prefer White Castle over Lil' Burgers.

Taste was ok but not enough bite for the buck for me. The price was to high for what you get.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!. Employee lied on the phone three times about estimated delivery time. I live 1000ft from the place, give me a break. Cancelled my order after waiting over an hour and a half in the afternoon. After that terrible experience, 25 minutes later I have the delivery person knocking on my door from this place. Needless to say I wasn't very courteous. I called the restaurant to ask why that happened and was put on the phone with 3 different people. But wait, THERE'S MORE! The manager had no idea that I had even called the order. I had to listen to her yell and question the people she "manages" instead of trying to make things better with me. What kind of manager subjects a customer to that kind of nonsense? In the end, I let her know that I had ordered food from another restaurant across the street and hung up. Don't get me wrong, the food is YUMMY. The service though... is another story altogether.

Burgers are excellent and place is clean and staff is so pleasant and the whole family can finally eat for a fair price and be satisfied

Last night, I ordered from this place and there was a communication error between me, the phone girl and the driver.

Anyway, my food arrived extremely late...

An hour and a half after I had placed my order, I called to check in and they said they wanted to re-make my food, so it wasn't cold... which I greatly appreciated. For whatever reason, (I was probably getting delusional) this made me feel much better about waiting two hours for my food.

Thanks for effort, and friendly service.

I'd probably order again, but make sure you are clear if you have any special delivery direction.. I just needed the driver to call when he was outside.

Food was good, and fairly priced.
