This was my 1st experience of having my dog groomed and although traumatizing for myself because I never left my dog before, I am completely satisfied with the way my dog and myself were treated. Very satisfied!

I tried to call and make an appointment for my dog groom today. A lady who answered the phone was rude, mean and impatient. and was hang me up at the end.
I can't imagine how would she treat my dog or other animal if leave behind. I was used to bring my dog in brooklyn when I was live there, since I moved to staten island, so I have to find another groomer that close to me. But now, I willing to pay toll and travel back to brooklyn for my dog.
This is a very bad bad experience I ever had. Just a phone call, I can tell how terrible they are. They can treat a human like this. what about the animals? those four legs can't say it out!!

they are horrible , they wanted to put a musle on him he goes to a groomer every 3-4 weeks but my groomer was out of town so I tried this place he is 2 years old and never did my groomer ever put one on he came home with the white part of his eyes blood red and a hurt paw and layed in the corner for 2 days wouldn't eat or anything brought him to the vet at four corners he said never let them near my dog again and report them to someone

Been using Lil Annies for several years for the grooming of my two cocker spaniels. Highly recommend if your looking for an experienced groomer.
