As a first-time visitor to NYC, I couldn't have asked for a better welcome to the city or introduction to the Flatiron area - an exceptional, knowledgeable guide (Ben), great local food choices, and a small enough group that everyone was personally involved with the tour. It would be perfect if this tour was available for every neighborhood in the city - I would sign up for all of them!

Sunday Funday had great value and provided a fun introduction to Williamsburg.

At first I was feeling like "why am I doing this tour I live here" but honestly that's what it is for. We did the Sunday Funday in Williamsburg. There were 5 of us. We ended up having a blast! We visited Mables (GREAT homecookin BBQ), we toured the Brooklyn Winery (Amazing venue and wine was awesome), The Hotel (great views- great vibe), Brooklyn Brewery (another great place to hang ten with friends - you can even bring your own food just not booze), I forgot the bowling alley but they have live shows there that place was great and love the old school bowling alley feel, also stoppedy by for old fashioned icre cream and mass brothers chocolate. Lauren was an amazing tourguide! She knew a lot about the area, have been to all the restaurants and new history about how they got started. My friends and I will definitely recommend this to our visitors and everyone. It was just the right amount of tastings too!

We had a great "Taste of Williamsburg" tour. I swore after each stop I couldn't eat another bite, but it was so delicious! And Lauren was a great guide. You can tell she really loves Brooklyn. Perfect tour for my parents who were visiting. Nicely paced walk around the 'hood.

If you are looking for a Brooklyn tour guide, Like a Local is a lot of fun. We did a Williamsburg food tour which was a couple hours long and the tour guide was knowledgeable and personable as well. The rest of the group was reasonably fun and it was high paced to keep our attention but not rushed. We followed up with the I Heart BK tour, which was great too. I definitely recommend Like a Local tours for anyone looking for an NYC Tour Guide. I haven't checked out their Manhattan walking tours yet, but maybe next time.
