Juan and Allen were the two I spoke with when calling in to find out about how much my oil change would cost. They were laughin and jokin and talkin street slang while on the telephone. Obviously very young and irresponsible. Perhaps they allow them to speak with customers in such a way - but it lost them a $100 job at least............because my MB takes only synthetic oil and generally runs that much !!! NO PROFESSIONALISM !
