horrible (or i should say no) phone customer service. Told the gentleman exactly what I needed, and was told I should come in to to look, he would not help me on the phone.

They repaired a broken lamp that I had lurking in the corner for far too long. They diagnosed the problem in front of me (broken dimmer, but they also checked fuses in case it was a cheap part to fix) and fixed it by the next day. Honest cost breakdowns and solid work.
