I have been living here since ?, the management has changed and the owner of the building has also changed. The new owner seems to be good, as a lot of construction work is going on and trying to improve the building structure but it is not going to help as the Manager just refuses to understand your problem, as she is too busy in her own personal stuff. God knows why she was made manager at first place.
The Janitor is her dad, who does 2 jobs, one in our apartment and the other in the next apartment; as a result, we have to wait till 4 p.m. for everything to be done. Also, than you have to be calm and accept his attitude and non-sense language, as he will fix it for free, but if you pay him than everything is fine. So if you have any issues they don't get resolved in 24 hours and you have to wait for 48 hours for them to get resolved.
The Car parking is at your own risk, as when it snows, than you have to shovel the snow by yourself, as they don’t remove the snow that’s next to your car. Also, if there is any damage to your car than, you are the only person responsible for it.
