Nice store and variety are nice but when am shopping, I need to hv a great experience, when I Shop on the store in Paramus... I'm constantly followed and constantly asked if I needed help..even though I hv been a customer since this store was located in the Bergen mall.I still continue to shop here because of the variety of uniforms and as far as professionalism goes .they are more professional than the store on route 46...I think you need to train your staff in how to treat their customers.. Because we are the one who keep your business open..

I bought a few pair of pants at the Rt 46 store. They were labeled size large. The few days later I realized that one of the pants was a size medium. The pants was labeled large and I had already removed one of the tag. I tried returning the pants and the store refused to take it back. The tag and receipt was shown to the store associate but was told that unless the tag was attached, it could not be return. Bad business and will no longer shop or recommend the the people that I work with. Will bring my business to work n gear.

The manager was so rude to me. I purchased a pair of scrub pants that where too big. I didn't have the receipt and I removed the tags. I kindly asked her for a store credit and she said "no". Then was rude enough to smell the pants. As if I was lying. I paid with my credit card, in which she could have looked up the purchase. Very very poor customer service. I will never shop there again. They lack professionalism at this location.
