Needed to freeze my membership, called the number 3 times and left a message. No one ever called back. Finally, went in and they gave me a hard time. Very disappointed with their customer service. Extremely unprofessional.

If you want to put your membership on hold, this year you have to pay $30. Not $10 like last year! The rules changed with out notice! No one even knows when this change occurred or who made a new rule! Personally heared so many people canceling the entire membership.
Ridiculous fee! Who will pay $30 for not coming??!

They will not honor a vacation request and put my membership on hold, even though I was guaranteed it was no problem at sign up. Now I am being informed of a 30 day advance notice policy that was never mentioned previously. Or, perhaps we are all just victims of computer instituted policy.

Great gym.
Very clean. Tons of equipment and machines and weights.
Own separate spin and yoga studios are great.
Huge indoor pool and outdoor pool.
If you are a swimmer they have a separate pool for lap swimming and they have kick boards, pull buoys, and fins to use.
The locker room is spacious and tons of lockers. Each locker room as its own hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
