My experience with BMW service centers have not been pleasant in the past. I have to say that by far this location is very accommodating, organized, and always gives me the treatment I feel I should receive owning a luxury vehicle. Karim is awesome!! I definitely recommend this location!

Waste of time and money. The main reason I've came there was for one thing to be checked. Service advisor made a promise to check it, later called to say that they're not allowed to and still charged me full price.

Never reached my advisor Susan , went there for bad pump and front brake pad. believe or not she gave me black face when I refused to replace the front brake pad of my 328 for $395( $125outside, I replaced the rear pad 2 weeks ago outside). And my car just sat there for 4 days and no one call me for any updates.

After reading all these negative reviews I was very nervous about bringing my X5 to this service center. I live on Staten Island so I could have easily gone to one in NJ. Anyway, I decided to try these guys out. I got there at 8:00am on a Saturday. There was a 3 car line waiting to get into the center. I got in in about 10 minutes. A guy registered my X5 did a walk-over took pics and showed me to the waiting room. After about 5 minutes I was called on by Robert. We sat down and I explained what needs to be done (1st year annual maintenance + NY state inspection). Robert was very nice and polite and asked me if there is anything else he could do for me. Their waiting room is pretty nice. I had good coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Good stuff! They have comfy leather seats and a room with Macs you could use to browse the web. Robert called me after about an hour. He walked me to the receptionist where I paid for the state inspection. So, everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the overall experience. They also washed and vacuumed my car. Needless to say I will be taking my X5 to this center next year.

Went in for a recall, oil change, brake fluid flush, cabin filter change, and vehicle inspection mainly to check my rear taillight that was out. I was told that all my lights were in working condition. But clearly my inner rear passenger truck taillight and brake light were still out when I got home. I was charged a premium for the service, they could've taken care of the bulbs for me. My service advisor was good, she got me in and out the same day but not happy with the taillight issue.
