Life Quality BMW

I never rate a company!
But I tried figuring out how to do it because of how disgusting and horrible the service was here at life Quality!!
The Service advisors do their best I'll give them that!

But Ford and Toyota Will take better care of their customers, I own 2 BMWs i'd rather drive 2 hours to BMW of Morristown then use this one!!

Customer relations is terrible !
Those women clowns working the desk are there only to tell you what they CAN'T do for you how little of a crap they give about you!

If you're trying to get an appointment
good luck getting it in The same two months, that is only if you don't need a loaner! and if you do need a loader , no problem you drive a $90,000 2016 X5 Will give you a 2014 Bmw 328i ...

I did not crash my car or wreck it all I did was buy a brand-new car a month ago and my airbag lights went on. My passenger restraint system light is on. My sunroof doesn't work!

Fast, Eazy, and Quick. What's best? BMW's free maintenance on new cars. Robert and Dan are super helpful and on point on my every visit to the service department. Nobody beats the quality of their service. Thank you!

Is it possible to have a cracked rim replaced on a BMW and call it a wonderful experience? Yes, if it's done at Life Quality in Brooklyn. My friend Joan convinced me to go there and I'm glad I did. When my daughter drove the car in, a representative took care of her right away even though the place was very busy. Luis Verra was assigned to my car and made sure the job was done quickly and correctly. When I came to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean, beautiful and well-organized place. Before I left, Nick Giordano, the service manager, made a point to come over to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of my service. Needless to say, I was and still am. In the future, I doubt I will take my car to any place other than Life Quality.

Horrible service !!! They don't know what they are doing at all !!! Don't even bother with them; they will give you the worst experience ever. I will never go back there again!! If you don't belive me ...go try them out !!! & good luck !!!

And pple it's NOT the service or sales rep that are the problem...you can have the BESt service/sales rep in the world BUT he is NOT the guy that actually works on your car in the shop ....the problem comes from the back ....technicians that can't diagnose and can't fix things right from the first time even after you pay them arm and leg for the what you call " high quality service " . If you have to return back for the same problem twice; you have a problem !!!

I always have the same experience at Life Quality BMW. I get exceptional service, updates and important information. I've dealt with several BMW service agents at Life Quality BMW including Melissa Singh, Tatiana Tomlinson, James Soriano from service, Mike from sales, and another guy I wish I knew the name of. These agents always provide me with the best professionalism, courtesy and a rewarding experience. Keep up the good work.
