I had been suffering from lower back pain for a while but earlier this year it got much worst. It turns out I had scoliosis and herniated discs/bulging discs. My physician recommended me to get Epidural Spinal Injections and told me Physical Therapy would not be helpful to me. He just gave me really strong pain killers.I am very thankful that I made an appointment with Life in Motion regardless, especially since it is very conveniently located. Dr. Ben Aguila evaluated me and devised a program to strengthen core muscles and lower back. It felt great to know I had options outside of just taking pain medications. After completing my course I am feeling much better, and have improved mobility/flexibility than before. (All without any pain medication, just exercise) I am continuing my exercise program recommended to me at home now. Both Dr. Ben Aguila and Dr. Maria Aguila are very knowledgeable and very caring and really work with you and are genuinely concerned. I've been suffering with a low back pain for several years until somebody recommended Dr. Ben Aguila of Life in Motion. Dr. Ben made an excellent course of action/exercise program to strengthen my core muscles and back. He patiently explains everything to me on how to avoid injuries, etc. He is also very accomodating even taking me in for late hours or Saturdays. I hurt my right knee at home in March. It resulted in a torn meniscus. Ben worked with me to help strengthen my legs while my knee healed. I am now able to bend my knee without severe pain. Ben used exercises that did not place additional stress on the injured knee and helped me focus on the stronger areas of my leg during the healing process. Ben is also happy to explain the process and mechanics of physical therapy to help you understand how you will benefit from his care.

I found Life in Motion while visiting my doctor's office and told my mom about it since she was suffering with severe back pain. Dr. Ben and Dr. M began treating my mom and she has been feeling great ever since. By the third week my mom was able to move better than she has moved in years. Dr. Ben and Dr. M are very accommodating and they provide outstanding customer service. My fiance has since visited Life in Motion for a neck sprain and he too is feeling much better. The other aspect that makes them great is they take their time with you and they attentively listen, which is a quality that you rarely find in medical professionals these days.
