Just what you think of when you think of a real NY Jewish deli. Took a friend who asked "What's good?". I said EVERYTHING!

Amazing food! Try the pastrami, honestly the best I've ever had and I have been to a lot of kosher delis in my lifetime.

Our server was so nice, I hope you find him. He always said he'd make something himself, salad or such. When my nephew got four small Black and White cookies for dessert he gave each of his parents, his uncle (me), and even my mother one. He was all smiles about it---leaving him one small cookie. Our server said he would do something special for him and brought over a large platter of big cookies allowing him to chose (he chose the one with all black sprinkles; good choice) one.

The soup was wonderful, as was the potato pankcakes my mother shared. Great food, service, and open Christmas day :)

One of the only remnants of famous kosher restaurants in the Bronx. Really great food including Pastrami and brisket. Its always busy so service is sometimes lacking.

One of our local favorites. Great renditions of deli classics. A little pricey but portions are huge and quality is excellent. I am a matzo ball soup fanatic, and their's is very good (traditional). Sandwiches are great, love the pastrami and corned beef, though the brisket is not my favorite here (it's ok). The platters are good, I'm a big fan of turkey "Thanksgiving Dinner" type platters and there's is the diner ideal. When you're in the mood, it really hits the spot. I wasn't as crazy about the meatloaf, maybe to big so it was too wet and heavy? But in general, very good.
