The employees in this store make it impossible to shop there. They flat out REFUSED to sell me a lids membership by itself. They told me I had to purchase additional items, that I couldn't just buy a lids membership. So I looked around and there wasn't anything I wanted.
I called lids customer service and they informed me that the employees were lying but offered no additional information on why their employees would refuse a customer service. They need to restaff, or I will never shop there, or any lids ever again.

Yea, I'ts just a hat store but if you want professional, courtious, customer service at it's best get your regular and custom made stuff at this place. had a hat custom made there and it didn't come out right. Daryl, the store manager was more than willing to re-do it for me with no problem. the staff is friendly and helpful. A perfect example of how customer service should be.
