if I can give zero stars I would. my mom had bought a fan there on display. she doesnt speak english so she doesnt understand a word, shes old school so she took it home 10 blocks on her back. when she got home she saw there was a crack on the cover. so I went to return it, when I got there they told me they cant because the owners not here so I left and came back during closing when the owner was there, when I got there and talk to the owner he said that this fan was not bought at his store. I showed him the reciept and argue with him for over 15 min till he finally goes to back and "checks his camera" he then comes back and tells me that when the fan left it was intact and it was my mother who broke it.So i ask him to show me the video and then he makes up some bullshit about his hidden security system to be compromised. obvious bullshit. anyways I'm reporting him to consumer affairs and filing a police report.
