- Terrible #71386

We would award a zero if it were possible. Do not use this company. They accepted a large load that prevented them from putting all of our belongings on one truck. Two days later we still don't know when or how our things will be shipped. The company has been defensive and non-responsive. LIBERTY IS A NIGHTMARE. This fiasco has ruined our drive from New Jersey to Santa Fe. Randy and Barbara are incompetent.
