Great looking community. A bit over priced but great for the small family who wants to be bear the train, major highways, and decent school systems.

I moved here in September of 2015- first time home/condo owner. Great place to live, family orientated community. Still have the new home fresh smell inside, think it's well built thus far. No major issues and any issues you may have just contact Pulte and they come out and address is right away !

Some details were hidden during the purchasing process. Tax abatement? No, sales did not meet quotas. Want to have commuter cars and a family car? No, street parking is impossible. Want to add a humidifier to the house? No, it'll void the warranty. Pointed a few construction issues; we'll fix that before your closing. No, issues remained.
1-year warranty repairs were poorly done. The repairs needed to be repaired! I came with high hopes of a better community and have been seriously disappointed. There is garbage everywhere. Irresponsible pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. Can't wait to move on.
