Liberty Self Storage

Been using Liberty Storage for past 3 years with good results up until the recent storm. Many people lost a lot of their belongings due to the flooding at the locker which wasn't helped by their lack of overall unpreparedness.

Granted the storm wasn't their fault but I find it hard to fathom why they took ZERO precautions to protect people's belongings. Sand bags on the two doors to the entire building would have saved a lot of heartache and trouble and mitigated damage to a degree. Also the lack of compassion and understanding from staff after the event makes me feel very bitter towards the place - I wouldn't recommend it!

The best storage in new jersey and ofcourse jersey city, hoboken, exchange place, newark because I called all the storages before coming to you and men, I should have called you from the get go instead of wasting my time with other storages. I am so happy i found you.

Funny you should say exactly what i wanted to say. Liberty Storage is the best self storage in Jersey City - great service and rooms hands down. I have been storing there for over 5 years and happy with their service..went there this morning and the service is always the same. Great!

I looked around before deciding on liberty storage company but let me say that I made a great decision. Courteous, safe, secure etc etc. I go there whenever i want to add or remove some stuff out of the cube i rented. I like these people, no hassle and easy. My stuff has been safe and in great condition for the last two years. I am so happy with them. Highly recommend them for self storage.
