This place is the greatest! I purchased a new-in-the-box Nikon Df camera from them for eight hundred bucks lower than anyplace else! It was NOT a gray market camera either! How do I know that you ask? Well, I needed to send the camera back to Nikon for some work (Nikon’s fault, not LGeOO’s fault). Nikon does NOT honor the warranty on grey market cameras, nor do they do non-warranty repairs on gray market cameras. They won’t even touch them at all. Well, Nikon repaired my camera and honored the warranty. That is the definitive proof that the camera was not gray market! I only relate this story because so many on-line deals for cheap cameras turn out to be gray market versions. NOT at LGeOO though! They sell the real deal!

Also, the camera was NOT a used camera that was passed off as a new one (as often happens with “great” internet deals). The first thing that I did when pulling it out of the box was to check the shutter count. It only had 14 photos taken with it, which is about what gets done for testing at the factory. You can't fake or reset shutter count (unless you're the Nikon corporation).

LGeOO shipping was super fast. They shipped as soon as my PayPal payment cleared. I called them to inquire about the shipping time, and they were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The lady even whet back to the shipping area to make sure that my camera was truly being shipped out that day. She was happy to do it. I wish that I received customer service like that all the time!

Bottom line – LGeOO gave me the best deal of my life hands-down! With the $800 that I saved, I was able to buy a really nice lens from Nikon for my new camera! Thank you LGeOO!

Bought a camera (Nikon D810) from LGeOO, it is the worst online buying experience I have. They took more than 3 working day to ship. I got the camera 8 days after they ship. When the camera got here, it is a non-functional or defeated unit. The camera does not focus, does not take picture, buttons do not response... I asked for return and refund, they accepted but never sent the return shipping label to me even they keep saying they did, so I end up to pay for the return shipping myself. The camera is on the way back to them, I am still waiting to get my money back.

Very dissatisfied with LGreOO Electronics as they take 4 days to prepare shipment. Also took way to long to ship over 8 days or more to get here They ship USPS parcel which has the highest lost mail rate and tracking info is not accurate. I contacted them directly via email and the customer service rep was not helpful. I order on amazon weekly and this seller is not satisfactory.

I just received the Motorola SBG6580 Cable Modem that I ordered from LGeOO & couldn't be happier. I ordered it online late Thursday & it arrived Tuesday. The price was so good (w/ free shipping) I was I bit concerned that it was too good to be true & found myself googling things like "Is LGeOO legit". I made the purchase I now that my crappy ZOOM modem that worked sporadically is replaced by this Motorola that works flawlessly I am stoked. The exterior packaging wasn't sealed, but everything inside looked originally including the super-thin clear plastic that protects the product. Very glad I shopped LGeOO!
