I have an LG3 and take pictures of the sunrise at the beach every morning. Then I post them on Facebook for my northern friends to enjoy. I have had several people astonished that I take these photo's with my phone. This morning I captured a bird flying-with a fish in it's talons. I don't ever use the many filters-I just point and shoot. If you want a phone tht takes excellent shots..look no further.

Washer only 2 years major problems. Very poor customer service and supervisors very cold unconcerned. Never would I buy LG products again. I had washers for 12-14yrs. Other brands no problems. This is absurd!

LG's refrigerator and customer service are by far the worst I have ever encountered!! In my (expensive) refrigerator's two! short years, it has necessitated four service calls (most recently both Computer Boards burned out, then the Compressor died!). Unfortunately, frustratingly!!!, I have been without a working refrigerator for SIX weeks, and still counting!!! From what I have been told, this is due to 1) parts are in Korea and take (excessive amounts of) time to arrive in the USA; and 2) in the Rochester area, there are absolutely NO LG certified appliance repair centers willing to work with LG. According to each and every vendor I spoke with, they no longer work with LG because LG does not reimburse them and/or it takes much too long to receive parts, thereby having disgruntled customers (not good for their business). Due to all of the above, I contacted LG's customer service center. First of all, communication with all but one of the customer service reps has been difficult, at best, as English is NOT their native language. Secondly, I believe they "play games" by stalling and placing the customer on extensive hold times or having the customer call different departments (while repeatedly playing the same annoying tune over and over and over again) in the hopes of having the customer hang up. Thus far I have devoted about 15 hours trying to get my refrigerator repaired - this does not include time waiting for repairmen to arrive (LG had to track one down from Newark). Thirdly, I am finally at the point where I have been transferred to the defective parts department with a native speaking rep (yay), but can't seem to actually speak with the rep. We've been playing telephone tag for two days, despite my pleading efforts to have her call me on my cell phone. By the time I got home today, the department was closed and will not reopen until Monday. Now I have to wait yet another weekend to try to get this resolved. I have been more than patient for six weeks, but now I am at wits end! I am beyond tired of running to the grocery store on a daily basis to buy ice to try to preserve the minimal amount of fresh food/milk I can keep on hand (especially difficult babysitting young children), and I am totally fed up with throwing away food that is spoiling much too quickly. So the moral of the story, if you are considering purchasing an LG product, DON'T DO IT!!!!!! Unless, of course, you actually want an inferior product with sub-par service.

Do Not buy from LG Ever. Their customer service is horrible. Sent an item in for a repair. They repaired it and only placed half of my stuff back in the box. I have been contacting them to get my items back or a replacement. Its been nearly 2 and a half months and I still am without my items. I am unable to use my device until the replacement comes. I made numerous calls, complaints, emails, social media reachouts, and the only response I get each time is that they file a ticket. 10+ tickets have been filed and I have yet to get my items. I will NEVER EVER buy from LG again

My new washer leaked due to an incorrectly installed hose from the factory which caused a flood in my laundry room. LG Customer SERVICE WAS THE WORST; poor communication and they refused to accept responsibility for the damage even after the repair person admitted it was factory error.I had to jump through hoops providing information and photos, but still I had to pay for all repairs up front. At one point I emailed my contact and received a reply that he was out of the office for one month. I would not buy another LG because of their horrible customer service.
