LG USA ACCUSED OF FALSE ADVERTISING.Customer bought LG front load washer and matching dryer.The LG website stated that both came with a Neverust stainless steel drum but customer received a dryer with an aluminized alloy steel drum(painted magnetic gray surface not shiny non-magnetic stainless steel).Supervisors at Executive Support Team USA have shown callous disregard for this customer who simply wants what the LG website said he was going to get.LG USA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!

I am exhausted with the service of LG. I have a 9 month old DLE2140W dryer with bad electronics, causing it to blow the fuse. LG service center has lied to me twice about scheduling repairs. They have an over the phone diagnostic tool built into the unit, but the service center can never properly receive the input over the phone. Each time I call the repair shop they assigned to my case, they explained that the service date was 4 days later than what was told to me on the phone, and that was exactly what they had told LG. So LG had decided to lie to me about the service date to make it sound more prompt. If you buy from LG, understand that your warranty may be worth about as much as the paper it is written on. I ended up calling a local repair shop and they sent someone out the same day. After two weeks of back and forth, I was glad to pay the fee.

Horrible unreliable products! We purchased a LRE30453st oven about two years ago. In that time it has broken twice!!. LG only has a one year warrenty on there inferior product so we got straped with the service call amount the first time it broke. Last week the oven broke again and after demanding that LG pick up the entire cost they agreed. However, the local service tech is booked into next month and LG will not provide me with another. It would take over a month to get this oven fixed. LG = Le Garbage!!
