Lexus of Rockville Centre

My husband and I wanted to lease the Lexus NX sport. There were only 2 dealerships open on Sunday, Rockville Centre or Massapequa. We decided to stop by RC first.

We shopped on the coldest day. Nick was the first to greet us outside and introduce himself. He was super friendly and admitted he was fairly new, today would've been his first week. He was great throughout the whole process. He admitted at times that he was still learning his product. At the end of the day, Lexus is a brand that sells itself. He was honest, sincere and friendly and that is what makes a great sales person.

We sat inside the RX350 first and it was very spacious. Then we sat into the NX and although it was very cool and edgy, it was very tight inside. We test drove the RX and fell in love.

We negotiated a fair deal and walked out same day with our new car, only 7 hours later. If you need or want a Lexus, stop by Rockville Center, the whole staff is friendly and helpful but ask for Nick, he was superb!

My sales associate, Peter Nawrocki was very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate his style which is very upfront and open but not super aggressive. He was very caring about what I needed and wanted in my car. His great personality and sense of humor was very reassuring when talking about prices, since many salesmen are bullies. Great place to buy a car. All involved were great.

Our experience at Lexus of Rockville Centre was a complete pleasure. Peter Nawrocki was such a great sales associate that we came back again looking specifically for him when we were interested in a second car. Michelle Wynne in the service department also deserves high praise. She went above and beyond for us when we had a situation. Its people like Peter and Michelle, as team members at Lexus, that have created an experience that needs to be shared.

Peter was the best sales representative I have ever worked with . No pressure to purchase. He answered all questions and was genuinely interested in what would work best for me and my family. I am now a owner of a new Lexus and so proud to be a part of the family . I will 100% be back and recommend the Rockville Center Lexus dealership.
