I am going to get my spouse to get her next Lexus from Lexus of Rockville Centre the sad part is no matter how hard you work no matter how much you stay out of trouble with the law how much education you have some people hence again some shouldn't be in certain positions in their careers. They should be milking cows on a farm in Texas he charged me for 407 a month when I tried to go over the numbers with him to just show him in with money down I should have been around 380 and exposed him for trying to make 750 dollars profit more on me he got even more disrespectful. What a disappointing experience a car buying experience should be a joyful one. Richard Emerson claimed that he was giving a thousand behind invoice deal when in fact he was trying to pick up nearly 30.00 in the payments and when I exposed him for it. 30.00 times 26 payments is what I calculated but he didn't want to hear it. Folks the valets are nicest people as well as the receptionist they treat you right. When I walked out the payment was exactly what I calculated it and he seemed infuriated by it. Go to lexus of Rockville center and ask for Alex Smith and Gracie the manager, because there at Lexus of Queens there math is 3+3 is 14 not 6. My wifes infinti lease is up and who would have thought that trying to get a different car would be soooooo difficult stay away especially from Richard Emerson.

You only get super professional service at Lexus of Queens! My family just picked up our 5th vehicle in the past 10 years. The staff has always been nice and friendly. The facilities are neat and tidy. Our sales consultant Henry Chan is top of the line. He treats people the way it's supposed to be. Every instance of a friend or family member mentioning the need for a new car, the immediate response is to give Henry a call.

Go back to the previous license plate frame design for new vehicles. The version available now is too cluttered.

We walked into lexus just to look. My wife and I originally owned a Camaro and are expecting a baby soon. We were greeted by Matthew Villacis who was great the whole time he dealt with us.

We originally went to look for the lexus GS and when we went out to the lot my Wife and brother noticed the Lexus NX 200t Fsport. It was right what we want and need. Great on fuel, great driving response, comfortable & of course roomy for our growing family.

I can highly recommend Mathew Villacis because he was very in-tuned to our needs and very informative.

My good friend Mr. Monachan referred me to this place and he was absolutely right about the service they are providing. The price was fair and we quickly worked out the deal. It was an excellent buying experience. At the end of the sale the owner himself came to us and greeted us.

I've bought three vehicles from this dealer and always am impressed by the service department. They seem to actually care that I'm happy with the result and stand by work, down to small details. One example: when a remote key battery recently stopped working, I went in to get it replaced. The service person noticed that I had paid for a new battery three months earlier. He said "that's way too soon to need another (which was how I felt btw, but hadn't yet mentioned)--this one's on us." Sure that's only a savings of $15-20, but I've found it reflects the culture of this dealership.
