ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DESK CLERK WHOM CLAIM TO BE MANAGER HAS THE RUDEST, STINKEST ATTITUDE EVER! DOES NOT OWN UP TO MISTAKES ON THEIR WEB SITE. HE CLAIM HE DIDN'T PRODUCE THE WEBSITE WHICH STOLE MY MONEY AND HE'S NOT GIVING ME THE ROOM THAT IT CHARGED ME FOR. HE ALSO SAID HE DON'T CARE AND THAT HE'S STILL TAKING MY MONEY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, THEY'RE RUDE, DUSRESPECFUL AND DO A LOT OF SCAMS.

Im a regular the night crew it's polite ask for sheldon..give respect and you will receive it. To all people.

This is a nasty hotel.. don't spend a dime.. the Indian desk Clark is full of attitude. . Place smells bad.. reception behind glass with a guy on a mic.. drunk guys walking in and out.. no security. .rail road right above .. trains passing every 2 min. Windows taped..

I stayed here before they changed the name, and I wanted to make sure that no tourists read the description and feel it would be a wise choice (because of its "proximity" to touristy things like BAM or the Empire State building). This is THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In addition to worrying about my car getting broken into, I get to listen to the subway cars going by 75 feet from my window. Avoid at all costs (i guess unless you are picking up a prostitute down the street, then this is the place for you). I can't speak for the customer service though, as I haven't stayed under the new name, only when it was the Quality Inn.
