Love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the Pharmacists ALWAYS go above and beyond to get things done the right way! Knowing Yoly and Sue ROCK!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called the pharmacy to find out if they had the medicines I was prescribed in stock, since my usual, local pharmacy was out of stock. I was advised by the person who answered that their store policy is not to disclose on the phone info about narcotics. I asked for the manager and explained that I have a brain tumor, and I didn't want to waste the trip from North Bergen to Lyndhurst if they didn't have the medicine in stock. Her response; in a bitchy voice was, "If you've been diagnosed with cancer, you should already have a pharmacy, and there are plenty of pharmacies between North Bergen and Lyndhurst." I told her she was right, and all of them have to be better than this one.

Levy's is the greatest! Yolanda and Sue go out of their way for you. Yolanda and Sue are always willing to answer any questions you might have. They always have medications in stock. The store has a lot of very nice items to give as gifts. They have a great coupon booklet with great prices. Yolanda is very helpful and patient with my grandfather when it comes to answering any of his questions. The people that work there are also great. My mom has been going there for many many years and just loves talking with Yolanda. I would tell everyone to go to Levy's. GO LEVY'S Ashley and Diane Martin

I went to FIVE pharmacies to find my medication and NOT one of them had it,. Just by chance I went to Levy's and lo and behold they not only had my medication but it was cheaper than any other place ive ever been to AND it was filled within 10 minutes. Everyone was so polite and considerate and the pharmacist let me know how much it would be before I paid for it. I will never go to any other pharmacy again especially these big chains that claim they have "everything you need". NOPE Levys is now the place for me THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

I beg you as a honest hardworking spending customer do not go there .The owner/manager lady had to be the most rudest, and mean awful person in the pharmacy world. WORSE Pharmacy unless you enjoy being berated and threaten.
Long story short I needed a bed fix and was told to check this place to get hospital bed repair. She told me on the phone that it will cost $25 to go there and repair but could cost more with repair which was fine. The guy gets there and only looks at the bed to say it needs a new motor. He said he can't touch the bed or eve of order the parts because we didn't get the bed from there. Wtf? I told the lady on the phone that I didn't get it from there thus the $25 charge but they can't eve of touch it or order the part or nothing. For my sick bed ridden grandma. I called to complain and got to a heat argument with the crazy manager. She attack me with my tone of voice as I could tell be upset and you should have gotten the bed there... Serve you right?! I am dreaming right? Nope sadly so finally she threaten to hang so I did it myself. Ok i told her off and let me move on finding someone to fix the bed. ALL OF A SUDDEN MY MOTHER IS ON THE PHONE WITH THE CRAZY MANAGER AS SHE Called the house. my mother has a heart Condition mind you and looked upset. The manager threaten to call the cops and sue us?are you kidding me? My poor mother of didn't need that. I I grab the phone and she hung up. My poor mom was so upset with the bed not working and taking care of a 90 year old mother she needed some scumbag place to call in to attack her. Do not worry if you think it's over as I'm in the process of getting a lawyer because this manager is nothing more than a few days bully. Please do not go there and shop somewhere else where they treat you as a person and a piece of trash
