I can't give a review on this doctor because I never even made it past the front desk to see him but the front staff was an unpleasant experience in itself. I scheduled a pulmonary appointment for a breathing problem a month in advance. No one even bothered to make a complimentary call that many offices do to remind you of your appointment and ensure you will make it. When I got to the office, I signed in like the signs asked me too and I had arrived 10-15 minutes earlier than my appointment time to be able to fill out new patient forms. Those minutes came and went, no one acknowledged me or gave me any new client information to get my check in process rolling. Upon looking around the office, I noticed signs saying they do not accept credit card payments which was the only form of payment I had brought with me. I stood on the window while two receptionists worked but again, did not acknowledge my presence. When one finally did, I asked her about the credit card, she said no, they did not take it. I asked if they could bill and she said no, not for new patients. Why wasn't this bright to my attention when I made the appointment? She had enough time during that call to scold me for making an appointment a year prior and having to cancel a week before the appointment date due to scheduling conflicts but she couldn't tell a new patient that they don't accept a major form of payment? When my wife said something about possibly going to an ATM but not knowing where one was, the receptionist said there was nothing she could do for us. If that's how the front desk is handled, I probably wouldn't want to see this doctor anyway.
