I placed an order two different times, for two different items and they didn't have them. Then I had to wait for several days to get my money back.
Calling customer service is like calling heaven! nobody answer

I am very pleased with Lensesrx service. My new lenses are excellent quality and they were shipped back within few days. I will recommend this service to all my friends.

Mailed out a pair of frames on Friday for lens replacement and had them back the next Friday. Received e-mail updates through the whole process. Would use them again.

Twice I have sent them frames and had prescription lenses put in them. Both times excellent service, super fast shipping, lenses perfect. Thank you so much! If I used my local store would have cost $100 more!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on July 25, 2015. It turns out they did not have the frames in stock as they stated. I tried to find the order confirmation # the day after placing the request and nothing was ever emailed to me. The representative stated that due to their server emails couldn't go out to my Comcast address. She then stated that MULTIPLE voicemails were left for me asking what I would like to do with the order due to their inability to have the frames until the end of August. There was not not a SINGLE voicemail left for me nor did I receive a call from the number she gave me. So after 6 days of not hearing anything I called to find out my order was cancelled and it will take 3-5 business days to process the refund to my FSA card. Unreliable, poor service, and not worth the couple of dollars I would have saved by using another vendor. Steer clear of these guys!
