Terrible experience - will NEVER go back. I had an eye exam and the doctor insisted on changing the prescription that I had even though I really liked my current prescription. The glasses were made and sure enough the left eye was blurry and I was getting headaches. I brought them back to have the prescription changed and even then I had another doctor who again though they would modify my requested prescription. I went back to pick up the glasses and they were SO blurry! I told that the to staff at Lens Crafters and they insisted that they had made them exactly as prescribed. Knowing that it was impossible that they had made them for my prescription I waited for them to have a doctor come out to see what was wrong exactly - well I wasn't crazy...Lens Crafters had done the prescription completely wrong and made them +1 magnification over the prescription. I then I had to leave for them to change them again. I went back to pick them up and still was not pleased with the prescription modification by the doctor, but at this point I was actually told by the lady I could not change my prescription again since it was over 30 days from my initial purchase of the glasses. I was then stuck with a prescription I was not pleased with and now have $250.00 glasses that I don't wear and still wear my old pair with the prescription I like that the doctors there would not just duplicate. Just waiting for my insurance to roll over for an eye exam that is actually worth having and will replace the lenses in these glasses since the frames were expensive. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

If I could leave no stars to write a review I would. When I walked in the employees were fooling around in a back room or so with extremely loud music also leaning up on their desk in the front as if they had nothing to do. I proceeded to get my exam and the doctor was great . Then afterwards I wanted to purchase glasses from them.( I had called ahead about getting them the same day). When I went to purchase my glasses I was then told their systems were down and that I would have to wait for a price phone call the next day when their systems were up to run the insurance. Also the saleswoman was very pushy about getting anti reflective after I told her I had it before and It didn't work for me and she still pushed the issue (I guess they get commission or so for ad.ons). I didn't receive a phone call so I called myself the next day and asked for a status update and I was told their systems were up but they didn't even go the extra mile to atleast give me a price and that they'd call when they were ready..... 4 DAYS LATER FROM MY EXAM....I get a call STILL TELLING ME TO GET THE ANTI REFLECTIVE LENSE when it was noted that I didn't want them!!!!!! So then I asked if they are calling to give me a price maybe they are finally going to get my glasses done . The woman says NO. Maybe the next day or the day after. LOL I gave yet another chance going into the store to pay for the glasses and again employees leaning on the walls or cabinets and one was on the phone busy and I was told I'd have to wait when there was someone who could've clearly helped me. SO I left and I am never going back! Overall terrible experience I rather go to the Menlo lens crafters where they are polite and respectful as to what you want. Oh, and where they can actually get your glasses done in an hour.

I had a situation in this store with a return and it was handled right away by the general manager Daniela. She gave me a call the very next day and problem resolved. I recommend people to go see her when u come to this location. Great one on one customer care.

I really liked that I can make an appointment online and go in to get my eye exam. When I went in, there was a very minimal wait and I browsed for glasses (ya know just incase they dilate you and you can't really see when you come back out to pick frames you really like ). The front staff was friendly. Helping me find the shape I wanted and colors. My only issue was that the anti-glare is horrible on prism glasses. I've never had an issue like that before (been wearing them pretty much my whole life) and now I'm waiting to get my second pair back without it on it.

Hi went to lenscrafters and firstly they got my prescription wrong. THey said to me to come back in 2 hours, i went back and they said the person is gone for break and I should come back in 30 mins. Again i went back, the guy told me the lens didn't pass quality check and I will have to come back the next day. I have the lens for 2 weeks and I have been having headache every day!! THey got my prescription wrong!!!!
