I've had the same eyesight for the last 10 years. Decided to get a new pair of glasses from here since my regular eye doctor does not carry Ray Bans. What a mistake! They told me my one eye was worse than the other - I ordered glasses anyway and then was told my glasses would take over a week because they were unable to provide me with the thinner glass I requested! I decided to cancel the order but was told "try them out first"....turns out I did not like them- just like I had tried to tell them from the beginning!! And now I have now been waiting outside in my car for the last 20 minutes because their sign says they open at 10 and no one is here yet!
Do not come here!!

I've been a long time customer of LensCrafters and had pretty good results until last nite. My wife and i brought eyewear on a saturday and were happy with everything at first. The next day at work [ Computer operator] i notice i was having trouble seeing the monitor,the next day i wore my old glasses and things were good. The following day i returned to LC and shared my exp and it was determined that it was the angle of the lens. Had to pick a new frame [more money] things are now a little better, had to wait 7hrs for them to make the new pair[i guess that was my punishment for returning them].My wife decided she didn't care for hers either but she wanted a refund,she called the store and was told that's no problem.We arrived at the store and she requested a refund as per store policy and was told the store does not have the amount of cash on hand [$330] it is now 5 pm. She was told all they have is $180 and they will mail her a check for the difference in 2 to 3 weeks.The manager Joe told her several stories as to why she couldn't get her full cash refund.I won't go in to details but i will not be going to LC for my eyewear needs again. I suggest if you purchase eyewear from them make sure you don't have to return them because you will get to see the other side of them,not good.
