- Terrible #230616

No service what so ever I was there with my newborn not even an acknowledgment by staff nor an offer of assistance. Will go elsewhere as there is no shortage of opticians around. Also, a lackluster selection not impressed...

- Poor #230615

There is being attentive to customers and then there is looking at pictures and chatting while 4 people are waiting for close to an hour.

Once seated and I finally was seen, I was taken care of nicely and efficiently but it was almost closing time.

Get more staff!!
