Everyone there is very friendly and the doctor is really nice. They were willing to go out of their way to get contacts to me before I moved.

Hi Fellow "Eye Glass Wearers".... If you need glasses, or any follow up, (new patron, adjustments/repairs/etc), you cannot find a better place to go than here... Not only are they a truly professional group (repair/sales/cust. service) but great to talk to.. You will never find a better group/team to work with.......For 2 years they have taken care of me and have never made me feel "uncomfortable" walking in and showing my broken glasses :(.. I have (stepped or sat on, dog ate etc :) .) , they fix immediately as a professional courtesy which is not found often... I have successfully recommended my wife and now several friends to visit this Lens Crafters location as they are unappalled in their customer service and received nothing but thanks from my input....... TEN OUT OF TEN.................Cheers to you all..bill

My contact prescription had expired and I was in dire need of a new one. The staff was SO helpful, nice and courteous. The doctor was fantastic and I was in and out in under an hour. Great experience. Thank you!!

the experience was awful! after waiting for 14 day for replacement lenses to find out after 3 days of calling and a visit to the store with no explanation or apology the order was cancelled

I purchased two sets of glasses from this store in 2005, and returned yesterday to get an eye exam and buy another pair. My experience was very positive - the store has updated examination equipment, the doctor who did my exam was excellent, the sales people were very courteous, and the selection was in my price range.
