Visiting this office is always a wonderful experience! Dr. Irani as well as the staff are friendly and very professional. Appointments always run on time. Dr. Irani has helped my vision a great deal over the past couple of years. She prescribed contact lenses that felt much more comfortable than my original brand. She is very knowledgeable and up to speed on new eye care products. I highly recommend scheduling a visit with her!

I have been to several doctors prior and I must say Dr. Irani and her team gave me the best experience by far. Dr. Irani was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. She adjusted my vision and prescription. I now see better, clearer and further than I ever have before. I appreciate any doctor that helps to improve my quality of life and she definitely has !

Terrible customer service. In an ever increasing world of sub par customer service, this company is taking the trophy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time they made a mistake, the 2nd time I stated my concerns to the manager and the third made me realize that they just do not care. They have consistently not delivered my glasses and/or contacts when they said they would, in fact, delivery was weeks, not days late. They would not return calls when I inquired about delivery and never apologized when I complained. They were aggressive in taking my money, but absolutely horrible in doing what they said they would do. I am an understanding person and it takes a lot for me to actually sign up to write a review, but enough is enough with companies getting away with this. Shame on the management of this company, you are failing at doing your job.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I needed a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me within the day. The doctor was very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. She gave me excellent recommendations, and I was able to get the frame I wanted for sale. Definitely going back to Dr. Irani. Highly recommend her.
