Everyone there was kind and helpful. They made sure I got the best deal, and scheduled me for a last-minute appointment. I had to wait a little bit because I was essentially a walk-in, but they made my wait fun and pleasant. In addition to being upbeat and with-it, they even went out of their way to adjust and clean my non=LensCrafters glasses because they noticed they were crooked. Although I work closer to another location I still make my appointments here!

Be aware they do not fulfill your order in house or even nearby as many other lenscrafters do. I have so far waited over 10 days for my new glasses and they are still in Texas.
