Rude, unprofessional central American. ( Salvadorian) staff with no manners, nasty attitudes and absolutely no knowledge of what they're doing

So far not a pleasant experience. Went there on Monday and picked out a pair of glasses. It was suppose to be done on Saturday and nobody called. I called Saturday afternoon to follow up and they said the girl that was helping me was with another customer and I should call back in an hour. What happened to customer service? Not sure I would come back based on this experience.

What a rotten excuse for a business!! Went in for an eyedoctor visit. Was told over the phone they took my insurance, was told in the store they do not, then another employee looked at my card and said they may take it. Took about 30 minutes of helping other customers who came in after me to figure out that they took it. Doctor finally saw me in a tiny messy little room where he couldn't seem to locate anything he was looking for. Got the contacts prescription and was on my way out when they asked me how many boxes of contacts I was buying. I told them none, I buy mine online (the price they told me in the store was at least $10 more a box than 1-800-contacts) and they told me I'd have to pay a $20 fee to leave with just the prescription and no contacts. CROOKED AS THEY COME!!! Do not do business with this trash.

No vengan aqui! Dicen que le descuentan lo que el seguro paga pero no es verdad. La muchacha me dice, "estos cuestan 350$" y le digo yo, "y con los 100$ que descuenta el seguro? Y me dice ella, " si eso ya es con el descuento". Mentirosa!! Ella primeramente no le dije que yo tenia seguro. Segundo, unos espejuelos de GUESS el que sabe de marca saben que no cuesten 450$ . Y al fin unas pesadad que no les gusta trabajar! Especialmente la Colombiana de pelo rubio. These people are scammers! Dont come here. Charged me 350$ for GUESS Glasses! And never charged my insurance they pocketed the money. Go to Optical Vision or Sterling Optical across the street very professional.
