Lens Lab Express Inc

The eye exam is great. They go so into detail. BUT its a f**king scam! I went there with for two of my little sisters and for myself, we are covered by a health insurance and all and they were charging me around $300 for only two kids frame that my insurance "covered" but since they had high astigmatism he kept insisting in getting thinner glass and the anti glare because it was preferable for there sight and age. I told him NO and that we were going to go elsewhere and that i just needed the prescription. The guy went to make a "phone call" said his boss told him.it was ok to make me a deal of $80 per frame. So i called the health insurance and they told me that they cover everything that they have no idea why they are charging me for the frames and the glass. Just dont go.there

Didn't buy anything, the sales people are to pushy and nothing is under $500.00. Its a rip off!!

I brought my parents to the Lens Lab Express in Rego Park 2 weeks ago. They both needed eyeglasses and I wanted to buy it for them but was looking for a good deal. The sales lady was very helpful and she went over the promotions they were having. Many places offer the "buy one, get one free" special but it's for one customer only. Lens Lab Express at Rego Park offers "one member buys one pair and another member of the family gets the second pair free"!!!!! My father picked out a Giorgio Armani frame and my mother got the Fendi frame for FREE!! They were so happy and so was my pocket book!! We picked up the eyeglasses a week later and they are perfect! I don't need eyeglasses yet but when I do, I know where I'm going! LENS LAB EXPRESS in REGO PARK!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I went here to get my exam exam and update my eye glass lenses and the rep was rude because i wanted to see the frames covered by my union first. She kept pushing $400 and $500 frames even though i clearly explained i wasn't looking to spend that much. When she finally shows me the frames I wanted to see, she had an attitude and pretty much threw the glasses down instead of handing them to me. The only good thing I cans ay about this place is that the doctor who gave me my exam was very detailed and informative. Also was very patient and made sure I was happy with my prescription. But after you leave the exam room, the personality changes. I ended up with frames I dislike only because I was pressured. If you're int he are try Cohen's Fashion Optical in the Queens Center Mall outside of Macy's.

I bought contacts and it was 325 for acuve oaysis without the exam. They rip you off like crazy. Dont go there, my freind went to costco and got it for 270 with an exam. Total rip-off. Check the prices anywhere they are soo much cheaper and better. And the people there are really B*tchy. Trust me you dont wanna go there. They seem nice a first but when it gets to pricing they suck.
