DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give a negative score for this company, I would. I'd give them negative 5 stars. It is, by far, the most incompetent business I've ever had to deal with. Zero, absolutely zero customer service. Unanswered messages, unanswered emails, dropped calls, no call backs. After they fail to show up for the first appointment that has you staying home from work, they'll gladly take your money for the rescheduled appointment, get zero work done, and never call you back or answer your phone calls. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Trust me, buying a new refrigerator is worth the hassle compared to dealing with these morons. Consider yourself warned.

Horribe!!!!! They can't give appointment times. Waited around all day for them & turns out the person in their office wrote our phone number incorrectly!!!! They fixed our ice maker and it broke again 3 days later.

Avoid these people. They sent two clowns to my house who did not know what they were doing and did not even bother to consult a diagram of the appliance. It worked for one day then failed again as they did not put it up right and broke a few things in the process. Owner of store said no money back. Was not comfortable having these guys touch my appliance again, so I ate the loss and called GE instead.

Terrible! Don't use this company. Didn't honor appointment time, came to "repaired" the refrigerator, left assuring me it was working and would take time for the thermometers to register... hours later it was getting hotter inside, not colder. Made them come back. He "repaired" it again... again with the same assurances... Next morning I got up to look and it is just as hot!!!! He told me call the office in the morning if it is not cold... I called and guess what ... The office is closed until MONDAY! no emergency number, just "leave a message and we will get back to you on the next business day"...

The negative reviews are puzzling to me. I have never received better, more professional service from an appliance service than I did from Len's this afternoon. One of my range burners did not light and the oven only worked by turning on the broiler first. The woman who answered at Len's explained in detail what a diagnostic visit would cost and how that would be included in the total service charge if I decided to go ahead with the repair. She made an afternoon appointment for two days later and suggested I phone by 9:30 AM to get the exact window of time. I didn't have to; she called me at 8:45 and told me the repairman would arrive between 2 and 4. The doorbell rang at 3:15. Mike, the repairman, was neat, articulate and efficient. He quickly diagnosed a broken oven igniter and a cracked ceramic part in the burner. He had the correct igniter on his truck and installed it. The other part is being ordered; I expect to have it in two days. Mike also suggested that I might find replacement knobs on eBay instead of ordering them from the maker. The final bill was not cheap but it was fair, and in line with the policy outlined on the phone. Len's was recommended by the manager of my building, a Museum Mile coop. Good recommendation.
