Horrible staff to work with in organizing a birthday party. I have called 3 times to finalize details and have been on hold for at least 1hr. The third time I was on hold, I was close to cancelling everything. Their staff have such nasty attitudes and their customer service is horrible... NEVER AGAIN

Much too crowded, although it is a holiday week. However, the staff needs to be more aware of when children are misbehaving so that those children don't ruin the experience for others. There were 9 older students running rampant in Duplo Village, which is for ages 2-5. I partially blame their teacher for allowing them to do so but also blame the staff for not doing something about it. Several parents had to intervene themselves.

Very expensive considering there are only two rides, a 4D movie, a jungle gym and some small areas to build legos. The staff is nonexistent and the place is very tiny. A better use of your money would be to buy your child a lego set rather than wasting time and money here

Having never been there it was nice. I enjoyed the city scape and ridge hill made from legos. I also enjoyed the ride where you get to shoot targets with the laser gun.

Great fun place for kids. My 3.5 y.o. daughter loved it. Her 2 and 4 y.o. cousins came with us and also had a great time. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and lots of fun things to do for kids. We also enjoyed a class on how to build a Lego shark. We will definitely come back.
