Worst agency I have ever come in contact with. Reception automatically placed me on an indefinite hold without saying a word. Then I was transferred to a supervisor who spoke from the speakerphone (very rude) and barely opened his/her mouth, couldn't even tell the individuals gender or was told who I was speaking to. I basically had to pry to get information on my family member that theyre supposedly representing. They do absolutely nothing, bunch of lazy asses.
