I have nothing but great things to say about this Laundromat. I strictly use their delivery services. Since the moment I found them, it has been nothing less than exemplar customer service - from the person that schedules to the driver. They have a super-fast turnaround time; they pick up my clothes at night and are back the very next day! The driver always gives me a call before stopping by, which is great. With as busy of a schedule that I have, things come up and sometimes I forget and they work with me anytime I need to reschedule.
The price is a little more than I would pay at the place I used before, but my old place did not pick up, drop off and return my nice shirts and jeans on hangers! I swear I think the people at Lefferts Laundry once sewed my hubby’s sweater. I could be crazy, but we both think they did. You get what you pay for, and I just wouldn’t go back. So glad I found them!
