Recently me and my lovely wife brought a 2016 RAV4 XLE AWD from the Lee's Toyota and I had a great experience with it. YESMEEN FATEMA, my Sales Executive make our dream comes true. Recently got the rav4 xle 2015 edition from them. Sales person, Yasmine was beyond courteous and amazing with her skill. She gave me an excellent price on a fully loaded car and the manager over there was great as well. We had some nice conversation while I was waiting for my paper works to process.

Hello. This is the worst dealer ever.
I try to buy a toyota corolla from this place and starting from the salesman to the sales manager where so prepoten and nasties. Starting with the salesman ( a spanish man. I don't remember his name) he said that he has a master about selling cars, can you belive that bullshit anyway i ask for a diferent salesman so an Asiatic salesman came who doesn't have idea about the details of the car and was always asking about it to the coworkers. But at least he was trying. Later they have to get approval from the bank and told me they'll do it the next day because it was late allready and ask me for a down payment until my loan was aproved i agree and gave them $500.00. Later they try to give me a diferent car from the one that we made the deal, and also. Wanted to take the color that they have and not the one thatbi want so i decide not to buy it. Now is whem the nightmare start from them to give my money back they don't know me, they were busy all the time. Because i wasn't important anymore because i cancel the deal it takes five weeks from them to give my money back. They laugh on my face never answer my calls while i called asking for my money. I belive that's all.
Don't misunderstand me Toyota it's a good car. It's just the people working on this place that make look bad to TOYOTA . i hope someone who works for this dealer and want to fix this people look in to this happen on January 7 2016 until i got the money back on February 2016.
