Rude, nasty florist. Wouldn't even let me finish telling her what I would like in my funeral arrangement, just cut me off!

At very short notice we visited a relative's grave at nearby Arlington Cemetery and wanted to take a floral tribute. We called Janet at the shop ahead of our arrival and she was very patient and talked us through the options. When we arrived to collect the tribute, Janet's colleague Oscar was on hand to help. He was also very courteous and knowing this was for a Scottish gentleman, the flowers were trimmed with tartan/plaid ribbon. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Called them last minute for a local delivery on my wedding anniversary. They came through with a beautiful arraignment

I bought flowers and big teddy bear with this florist , but they didn't delivered the teddy bear, and said nothing about the teddy bear.
I sent a message to then , asking about the teddy bear, and later they sent to me a message saying that they had not the big teddy bear and they would send a middle size and chocolates to complete the value that has been paid.
When I got the message, I made a phone call to change the chocolates to an other teddy bear, and I would pay for the difference. But they said that the delivery was in the way and they could not do anything more.
I was upset with this , because they did change my order without my authorization and didn't asked me if I accept or not to do that way.
They sent a small teddy bear saying be the middle size and cheap chocolates.
My wife personally went to the store to talk with the owner about the mistakes they did , and the owner was so arrogant , rude and disrespectful , yelled with my wife who is pregnant and only claimed by rights by was paid .
I do not recommend to anyone to this florist .

I absolutely regret ever doing business with them. My husband had ordered flowers and a big teddy bear. They only delivered the flowers and didn't explain they didn't have bears or say anything at the time of delivery or at the time the order was placed. Then after a lot of complaining they delivered a small teddy bear and some leftover halloween candy. When I went into the shop to speak to the owner she was rude and disrespectful and instead of trying to make up for getting my order completely wrong she started yelling at me and blaming it on everyone else. With so many nice and friendly florists in Kearny, why order from them? I don't recommend it at all.
