Terrible customer service, terrible manager, ripped me off of $4500. Had a transmission rebuild that lasted a year. Had my battery replaced and nothing electrical worked inside the car. Just all around Terrible mechanics. I wouldn't trust my car with them if I were you, don't make the same mistake I did.

I brought my car in with several problems. It was completely fixed the same day and was billed very fairly. Considering the quality of work that was done, it was a steal! The owner was very personable and would contact me with updates several times throughout the day as well. I STRONGLY recommend this place!! If you want dealership quality work for small repair shop prices, this place is it!!!

Came in for some preventive maintenance on my car. I own a VW with a sealed transmission and 3 shops wouldn't look at it. From the moment I walked in to the shop i was greeted and attended to immediately. Left my car over night to be looked at and had it back the next day as promised. I appreciated the honesty and service and would recommend it to anybody.

Unfortunately Mr Greco had a bad experience over 12 years ago. At that time the business was owned and operated by someone other than myself. Being part of a franchise each location is owned independent of the parent company. I am and have owned this business for only the past 10 years. I have no way of finding or getting in touch with him because of this. However if he should read this post I am more than willing to compensate him for his loss and aggravation despite not being the responsible party. I would also like to point out that to have only one negative review in so many years is quite a testament to the quality of work and customer service that we strive for.

It really sucks to get taken advantage of when you're in a difficult position, and that's exactly what these guys did to me.

I brought my car in to these guys to fix a broken transmission, paid them $1600 in 2002 money, and brought it back to them a month later when it broke. They're supposed to have some sort of lifetime warranty, and he did agree to fix it, but would no longer honor any future repairs it may need. Attending college full time & working full time, I absolutely needed a vehicle to get around, and had to agree to this condition. What recourse did I have? Sue? It would take at least 9 months to work its way through the court, and by that time I would have lost my job, and had to have dropped out of school.

The transmission exploded 4 months later. Stay away from these guys.
