My son was in this daycare for 5 years and the caregivers were great and loving. They were experienced. Most have left the school or have been fired.
However, the owner and her daughter have decided to hire very inexperienced caregivers who do not like kids. When my daughter was a baby, her caregiver will not change her diaper promptly and almost every day she will have a rash and sometimes she will scream of pain. When she grew up, they kept saying that my 2-year-old girl had issues and was a bad girl because she was not following rules. They pushed her and screamed at her constantly and my daughter kept saying that her teacher will not let go my husband's leg because did not want to stay in the school. She was afraid. The owners kept saying that our parenting techniques were inefficient. Finally they gave up and told me that my daughter could not come back to the school.
My daughter is now in The Pumpkin Patch Daycare Center and my daughter is so happy and they apply their knowledge to change her behavior and understand her very well. They know that she is a normal kid who needs lots of new experiences and love. They hug her and give her lots of attention. She is so happy there. She is a much easier kid to manage. Love and care make a difference.
