I have been with Leaders since they were established in 2010, I have financed 4 cars thru them and now all of sudden they want to be RUDE and UNPLEASANT when I call them and question them about things. I can't wait until this dilemma is behind me!!!
They started out being nice but when my wallet and bank account info was stolen and I was late with a payment they became very nasty, I will never refer anyone to them at this point!

extremely rude and unfriendly workers !!! so glad I won't be dealing with them after my car is paid off this month !!!

They do what they could and give you what you deserve. So to the guy that gave the bad review,,,, If anyone else would have approved you, your rate would be the same.....Remember they are a Special Finance Company....

If you can avoid using them, avoid them. Straight up scammers, I was paying them for two years I call to get my balance and I still owed more than half of my principal after paying half of my loan (4 year loan and 2years+ done) the lady tried to tell me I took out $14,000 when I only took out $9,998. To me that doesn't make sense. AVOID them at all costs if you can; they prey on bad credit and new buyers. And make up charges and no one can really define the extra cost and fees they add to your bill.
But they're not rude so that's why I gave them 2 stars. Just try to avoid them if you can.

If at all possible, try to avoid using Leaders Financial for your car-financing needs.
I was satisfied at first. But all it took was one very bad experience to change all that. I made my payments online, and on time. Until the Friday before Christmas, 2012. I treid to login using the same login name & number, but to no avail. I tried different login names and numbers, just in case i had changed the info and forgotten about it... but nothing. I then tried calling their office to make a payment over the phone. That is a maze in and of itself. For payments press this number, you press that number and the message is, if you want to make a payment press one of these numbers, any number I pressed lead to the operator. Or rather the operator's voice message box. I hung up because I was frustrated at that point. I tried making a new user name & number, but received no confirmation email- so much for receiving one "within a few moments". That was 3 days ago. I called today to try again, after trying the old login & pass, and the new login and pass. After going from number to number trying to make a payment, I left a message on the operator's voice mail. I would have sent them an email explaining the situation, but there is no email contact listed anywhere!
All it takes is one bad experience to mess up a good thing. After a year of being a satisfied customer, I have become very disappointed with them over the past few days.
Do what you can to avoid using Leaders Financial. If I could rate them below a "poor-fair" then I would.
