Not very educated about their own products. not helpful at all. extremely poor customer service. RUDE staff. I would NEVER recommend that you purchase their equipment.

HORRIBLE Customer Service/Equipment! I had owned my equipment 4 days when it broke! When i called about the warranty they did NOTHING but give me a run around! They called a repair man to fix it then he called and cancelled! I think the fake repair people was them! The address to the repair company doesnt exist and the phone number calls a foreign person "out of the states" is what his location is he said to me! Now i am stuck with a broken machine and a bunch of people who are rude!
