Le Pain Quotidien

Service is hit and miss but food quality and coffee is always above average.

Thoroughly disorganized cafe branch, service is amateur at best, takes way too long. Usually I like PQ, but I would advise individuals to stay away from this mini outlet version of this otherwise serviceable cafe chain.

RUDE, ANGRY, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

First time here after it was changed to a Le Pain. I agree with the previous ratings and comments. The staff at this location are very rude and lazy. I personally saw them talking negatively about customers. They seemed miserable and annoyed by the customers.

Trying very hard, the manager was making sure the staff did their jobs but she too seemed annoyed.

Recommendations:

Change staff entirely. This Le Pain Quotidien is staffed with unprofessional and un-educated staff.

This experience ruins the beauty in front of the shop. I would not recommend going here until they replace staff.
