Had an average cup of hot chocolate for a ridiculous price, just to use their WiFi. It did not work.

The service is sloooooow but friendly. The location just can't be beat, and the food is excellent. Great vegan and gluten-free options and a killer view of Central Park make this one of my go-to spots to take friends visiting the city.

The location and the food is unbeatable but service gets worse and worse every year. Most of the servers behind the counter have a terrible attitude and are very slow. A lot of the time they just stand around chit-chatting and while the line just keeps growing.
