As usual, Le Marais always delivers a top quality experience. The food is excellent and prepared with thoughtfulness and great care. The service is allways excellent and attentive without being distracting or annoying.

Only steaks are great. We ordered a veal and lamb dish. Both had a sauce that felt like it was salt with a side of veggies and meat. Ugh. Truly disappointing. I would give the beef medallions in a mustard sauce that hubbies ordered 5 stars, and 12 Oz steak my son ordered 4 stars. The lamb was 1 star, the veal 2 stars. Bringing me to the 3 stars. Service was good, maybe 4 star quality, there were 2 hostesses, one deserves a 1 star the other 4 star. 2 out of 4 chairs were wobbly to the extend we were scared they would break. Unusual for a high end restaurant. Lights are extremely dim, probably to hide other flaws. The lighting also makes it hard/ irritating to read the menu.
