I told them that my compressor was broke, they said well we need to charge you 190.00 to come look at it ourselves. They did and told me the compressor was broke and charged me 190, then nearly 2000 more to fix it. After fixing it they then charged my card another 190 after I was out of country in error. The ability to fix was great but the poor customer service and lack of apology when they overcharged me left me reeling at them. I do not get businesses today. I recommend them for doing the job right but I do not recommend them if you are looking to be treated nice like most people who spend nearly 2 grand with a company, almost any other company would fall over themselves to help. Ridiculous and exactly why I hate new York city.
